How to decide the curriculum that best meets your needs...

Following are our recommended class lengths based on the complexity of the software. By contacting C.D.S. training with a clear idea of your objectives, we will help you design a training event that will deliver the most value in the shortest amount of time.

How do I get started?
To sponsor a training event and to get a list of available training dates, please contact C.D.S. Direct Training at 608.787.3936.

To reserve a date for your training event, you must complete and send back the confirmation/agreement form. Upon receipt of the agreement, we'll reserve the equipment you requested, schedule a trainer and make the necessary travel arrangements. We'd appreciate it if you could suggest an airport and hotel for our trainer. A confirmation will be sent to you confirming the training details.

You will need to coordinate the enrollment, training location and meals for the seminar. Please forward the names of people attending the training event no later than two weeks before your training date. We will contact you to determine the set-up time and place of the training facility. Before the training, your trainer will contact you to further discuss your needs and requirements. All equipment and course material will be shipped to you prior to the training. We'll keep you informed as material is shipped and reservations are made for your event. All material is shipped via DHL next-day service.

Cancellation policy
If this training is cancelled after the agreement form has been received any charges incurred to C.D.S. will be charged back to you. In addition a $200 administrative fee will apply to any cancellations occurring within 2 weeks of the agreed upon training date.
